[Bug 21232] Chrome can't load any webpage unless --no-sandbox is used

Retest with wine-1.3.36-172-gb00e703 and
ChromeStandaloneSetup-3700838267c7d2f01b3a4cf6802052967166bffa-2012-01-09.exe 

Now Chrome tabs die at start up if --no-sandbox is not used.

"Aw, Snap! Something went wrong while displaying this webpage. ..."
