[Bug 42153] winetricks access only instead of configure wine

Updated Wine separately after installing play on Linux earlier & winetricks
decided to take over access to separate wine. Does POL interfere/conflict &
cause link breaks to even stop being able to access the old link to app names
'configure wine, Browse c: drive' + others to now be the default access to wine
only?
