[Bug 51812] Sims 4 Studio freezes when rendering 3D

Quick test procedure:
1 - Just select any of the 3 buttons: "Build", "CAS", "Object"
2 - Select any item and click "Next"
3 - Save it anywhere
4 - Done, it's freeze
