[Bug 47386] Drakensang Online incorrectly renders the cursor

The main problem with the patch is that we don't know whether the behaviour
tested is unique to Windows 10 or not. I unfortunately don't have access to any
real Windows hardware older than Windows 10 (real hardware being necessary to
run D3D tests), so I can't test this myself right now.
