[Bug 31702] Mouselook (raw input) is bound to a box every other click in Guild Wars 2

Well, apparently there are several causes triggering the observed behavior...
but one of them is not eliminated. Thus, we have a functional patch. It is not
perfect, but it is also not just a hack.
