[Bug 20682] xinput Winetest does not see game controllers

XInput is Microsoft's API for Xbox360 type controllers. The two devices you
mention do not seem like they are supported by XInput at all, hence they
shouldn't show up in this test.
I think they should only show up if you run the DirectInput test.
