I am using winecfg 1.4.1. I changed the windows version to windows 98 for files Iedit.exe and Iedit_.exe in winecfg. Saving worked. But by default (windows XP) saving does not work.
This is last effort. What do you want to do with this bug? The download site is still alive and it provides version 4.
