Could be the same issue. Don't use those other programs so wasn't aware of
them. Does mention Pegasus. Fedora recently updated to wine 7.12 that still had
scroll bars working correctly, but had other serious error with spinning icon.
Don't know if there 7.13 version when released with have the issue or not.
Didn't use winehq version before 7.13, so don't know if it was working in the
7.12 version of winehq??
