I was having the same issue. This issue can be directly by passed by navigating to the video directory e.g. (wineprefixlocation)\drive_c\Program Files\Terminal Reality\BloodRayne\video and renaming or deleting the Cutscene.exe file.
The issue appears to be directly related to Wine's lack of MPEG1 support. Is this ever going to be implemented? =/
Terminal output confirming this bug's existence attached, along with screencaps of dialog boxes w/ errors.
