Terminal output on Wine-1.3.5

Steps to reproduce:
1) remove ~/.wine
2) winetricks gecko
2) wine mozy-2_2_4_0-14986.exe
3) Next -> Install

Behaviour:
Installation hangs on status "Starting services"

Expected behaviour:
Installation should finish

Additional info:
"killall services.exe" causes the installation to fail.
