[Bug 9412] FL Studio 7 installer fails to register Vorbis codec in system.ini

This bug seems to be fixed in Wine 1.3.26. I tested both FL Studio 9.1 and 10
(and yes I cleared the wine prefixes for both). 

Can we get a confirm?
