[Bug 25717] Japanese fonts sometimes shifted to the left

Status update for 1.3.21:
as promising as "gdiplus: Change the sign we use for origin.x in
DrawDriverString." sounded, no change in regard of shifted glyphs happened.

OK, so that *was* a completely different function, but it still sounded alike
to my hack-fix.
