[Bug 14771] Firefox complains it is not the default browser on every startup

uTorrent has a similar problem, not sure if it's related or not. I'm hesitant
to file a bug though, until this one is fixed.

For uTorrent, it asks to be the default torrent handler on startup. Choose yes,
close, restart. Guess what happens next? :-p
