[Bug 31702] Mouselook (raw input) is bound to a box every other click in Guild Wars 2

The mouse is not reacting up to 1 second after restoring the game, this should
not be a big problem. Maybe we should open a new ticket for this including all
information we have gained here. Maybe the simplest solution is really just to
remove the threshold then.
