[Bug 35825] Mortal Online (MMORPG) client 1.75.00.07 displays garbled buttons/images with builtin gdiplus

I extracted the "Options" button image (it's a gif), and tried it in a couple
of test programs. Both windowscodecs and gdiplus are able to display it
correctly in the context of a test program. So it doesn't appear to be a
problem reading the image.
