If I select the Windows version to be Windows XP or Windows XP 64...  It runs
better, with the exception of that text boxes loses focus within a second.  So
you need to click, and attempt to type quick before the focus goes away.

If I disable dxgi...  Then it will run in other versions of Windows until it
needs to use Direct3D for file management...  Then it errors out with the
message "Cannot determine Direct3D support level".  But the focus in text boxes
seem to work.
