[Bug 31113] Civilization V crashes after specific amount of game turns

If it crashes during loading it is a different bug. The bug only occurs when
you have passed your turn. I have confirmed this behavior on several
playthroughs. All different turn counts, but same hang for a few seconds then
page fault with an msvc90 error.
