There is no difference if vcrun2010 is set to native or builtin or even installed. I'm using wine 1.7.33 with a patch from https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=34388 Without the patch, I'm getting an error described in the linked bug -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply.
