[Bug 42186] Uplay games don't work anymore since latest update

I just checked, and you are right, with 2.8 staging it works again. Checked one
game (flashback) which didn't work before. However I have to say, That there
are 2 more things not working properly but no show stopper:

1. Because winhttp cannot be native, it takes ages before the installing
starts. Its initializing ages (about 5 minutes)
2. Loading in the games icons in the "games" tab.
