revisiting, still present.

Follow-up bug 46914 is now fixed.

Command line variant of workaround:

$ wine64 reg add "HKLM\\Software\\Microsoft\\Windows NT\\CurrentVersion" /v
CurrentMajorVersionNumber /t REG_DWORD /d 0xa /f 

$ wine64 reg add "HKLM\\Software\\Microsoft\\Windows NT\\CurrentVersion" /v
CurrentMinorVersionNumber /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f

$ wine --version
