fix

This should fix this bug. You may have to overwrite the new light.msstyles to
get the new theme updated. For example, make -C ~/src/wine/win32-build && cp -f
~/src/wine/win32-build/dlls/light.msstyles/light.msstyles
~/.wine/drive_c/windows/resources/themes/light/light.msstyles
