Given the range, most likely related to imm32/win32u code shifts that took
place then (two significant commit series: one starting at
d9fc5b3f967f1c5126278565beb6b967f9d6d80a (5 commits), second at
3e8a4b671dca2d22596c43157e2ae80fcfe18737 (8 commits); a few more commits beside
- all from the same author).
