[Bug 40504] mfc42 not displayed in English

It should be corrected. It should be in English. Most international users not
understanding 2nd language other than English.

I'm when face non-English interface, I did not know which bottum I should click
over it to complete installation. I select depending on chance & discover the
right one by trial & error.
