Try this and consider creating another bug if that fails to start. I am not sure about the asking to install .NET or Mono but Mono is generally prefered. Wouldn't that make this invalid? Likely.
I assume there is no way for Wine do detect the need for .NET and ask the user to install it? Is it possible to use Mono installed on the host as the .NET implementation within Wine?
