[Bug 28282] Sound constantly crackling in lot of games

In addition to the comments here, we've also had users reporting on the forum
and in the AppDB that setting default-fragment-size-msec = 5 fixes this
problem.

My question: is this something Wine can or should work around? If the problem
is really in Pulseaudio's configuration, should this bug be marked invalid or
upstream?
