I can't reproduce the issue with Wine 1.9.3. When adding a new configuration, I can select between a Network, Dial-In and Serial connection. The wizard window also doesn't look unusual (i.e. it is not tiny or huge), so I assume the bug was fixed in the mean time. Can someone confirm this?
