No referenced dll must be loaded, as we have in ___wine_kernel_init: LoadLibraryExW( main_exe_name, 0, DONT_RESOLVE_DLL_REFERENCES ); After renaming "krnl386.exe16.so", the segfault does no longer occur and the expected message is visible on the terminal: 009:err:module:LdrInitializeThunk L"C:\\windows\\system32\\gdi32.dll" is a dll, not an executable The segfault is present on x86 and x86-64 (wine32) -- By by ...
