[Bug 25681] wine iexplore.exe cannot open png files directly

For experimenting, you could just set registries manually in Windows with a
new, custom, MIME that would be associated with known extension and see if
BindToObject works with that. It would be a good first step. Wine tests would
be more tricky, but we may worry about that once we know the right solution.
