The original installer attempts to contact an old CDN that is apparently down,
so I cannot test that.

The current installer opens a partially-black window, the mouse cursor
vanishes, the workaround (virtual desktop) doesn't work, but from what I can
tell it's still a z-order problem.

cd1053a710667d8c00f6879e33f9a1ec1e8a2487 SetupPoker.exe

Leaving it running for a short while the window goes black.
