use one from your visual studio.

Create two makefiles test1.mak

!include "test2.mak"

test2.mak

echo "santoeuh"

Calling this like that will result in an error in wine, but it works flawlessly
under windows:

c:\src\>nmake -f test1.mak

fixme:msvcrt:MSVCRT__fsopen :(test1.mak,rt,32),ignoring share mode!
