I haven't tested it with the app yet, but according to the description
something like http://ix.io/xT9 should work. Could someone confirm?

BTW: The testbot shows that the stack misalignment is correct, at least for
Windows XP. Modern operating systems initialize the stack properly, as can be
seen from the test results:
