With current git, the Windows 7 SDK installer fails before putting up a GUI
when run like this:
 wget http://winetricks.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/src/winetricks
 rm -rf ~/.wine
 sh winetricks --no-isolate -q psdkwin7

Reverting the wine-mono install patches,
7b54917f28edf84c4d9db2e1a52e4dac67dd7e31
and 1e721a487775a2f306512a7c719b5fa3301f433d,
lets the platform SDK install properly.
