You have to use the 32bit client, afaik the 64bit doesn't work.

I start it with:
WINEPREFIX="/home/andreas/.wine32" WINESYNC=1 wine
C:\\\\users\\\\andreas\\\\Local\\ Settings\\\\Application\\
Data\\\\WarThunder\\\\launcher.exe

I also use dxvk if that affects things.
