Updated hack

Still present as of wine-5.5 (2b0977fc711e1faadfef69e3a46c2d1848b4826b)

Attaching a rebased version of the hack. Please note that you also need
a) native uiribbon
b) the mspaint.exe.mui dll in the same directory as mspaint.exe
