Yes, renders correctly here on a 9600GT with NVIDIA 190.53 and Wine 1.1.41.
Hmm... i had the bug with this version AFAIR... maybe it works for you because you have 9600GT. Anyway, this seems to be driver bug, not Wine, so closing as invalid.
