Seems to be working in Linux after all, not sure how I missed that.

Anyway, here are some captures, one with 1500 mtu which works, file size and
md5 matches and one with 1488 (which is the only mtu value that works on the
mac) and this gives matching file size but wrong md5 sum.

Wireshark capture is from Ubuntu 16.04 64bit with Wine 2.1 devel 32bit and
WinUAE 3.4 32bit.
