Please use the terminal to get into the app folder and then get a log with:

WINEDEBUG=+msvideo,+avifile,+winmm,+mmio wine PROGRAM_NAME >> /tmp/output.txt
2>&1 

Where PROGRAM_NAME is the executable, then attach the file /tmp/output.txt
here. If the log is too big just compress with bzip2.
