[Bug 47266] StarCraft 2 does not start since patch 4.8.x

This is a different issue from bug 47265. Here the issue reproduces on various
wine versions, including 4.8.

Worth to note: this issue is about x64 version. Behavior on x32 is different
even between 4.8 and 4.9, has to be tracked separately.
