Actually, I'd say it's a 50/50 case - while gst-libav *might* be able to handle
this, chances are it's handled by a bundled library (you can google about bink
video).

In gstreamer 1.20, gst-libav is using external ffmpeg and that library can be
built in too many ways wrt. picked codecs.
