[Bug 41234] FreeGate 7.59 does not run on the latest versions of some distros

As follow-up, I should mention that Freegate 7.59 and 7.60 run on Ubuntu 16.10
and Manjaro 17 with the latest updates installed via wine. So maybe some
library or file is missing from Ubuntu 16.04.
