[Bug 45008] capella 8 crashes on wine 3.0, runs fine on 1.6.2

To double-check I de-installed wine 3.0, and installed the version that goes
with Kubuntu 16.04 (wine 1.6.2) re-installed Capella and it runs fine - so far.

Ergo it's not a problem of this machine, but indeed a regression between wine
1.6.2 and 3.0
