[Bug 16729] font smoothing doesn't work in wine-1.1.12

This patch is a major fix. When can one expect to see it going live ? Almost
all applications I use (DreamWeaver, Source Insight, Beyond Compare) suffer
cause of this bug. Source Insight even crashes when browsing code.
