[Bug 39335] Evernote 5.9.x - cannot browse or edit notes

Sync issues seems to be in relation to crashes/continuing Evernote issues in
background(Bug 38880). When I have a clean closing and restart sync works
immediately. In the other case Evernote doesn't even find older notes locally.
