The mouse get stuck when pointer moves to border of screen, you have to open main menu to center pointer, and then you can rotate view in game again.The bug is that you can't rotate the view in game more then 360.
This is exactly what bug#6971 is about, it is a major bug that affects tons of games in Wine including Thief 3.
