[Bug 14176] Little Fighters crashes with the error message "Couldn't create art surface."

Just tried LF2 with git rev 5ae2b0f219c and now it crashes with a message that
says "Could not create a filter graph for this file!" Same bug or different?
LF2 still isn't working two years later. :(
