[Bug 27386] Atari800Win PLus 4.0: crashes before window appears

The (broken) backtrace suggests the crash is triggered by DirectDrawCreate().
It seems to me that this is either fixed already or caused by an issue with
original reporter's setup. There are certainly other people using wined3d with
Intel graphics without this problem.
