Would you mind , until a real implementation is there (which could last long
time maybe), to send in at least a stub function for this?

As you can see in bug https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=53022 there are
really programs trying to get the entry-point for this function, and they now
fail mysteriously because kernel32 doesn`t export it
