That was with the PATH entry set back to "c:\windows\system32;c:\windows"
If I change it to "c:\windows\system32;c:\windows;c:\Program Files\Common
Files\Autodesk Shared" then it works with only the following message:

jhansonxi(a)jhansonxi:~/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/AutoSketch$ wine start
"Sketch.exe"
fixme:exec:SHELL_execute flags ignored: 0x00000500
jhansonxi(a)jhansonxi:~/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/AutoSketch$
