From the log it seems to be probing various extensions, for example: trace:wgl:wglGetProcAddress (glActiveTexture) trace:wgl:wglGetCurrentContext returning (nil) trace:wgl:is_extension_supported Checking for extension 'GL_VERSION_1_3' err:wgl:is_extension_supported No OpenGL extensions found, check if your OpenGL setup is correct! warn:wgl:wglGetProcAddress Extension 'GL_VERSION_1_3' required by function 'glActiveTexture' not supported! trace:wgl:wglGetProcAddress func: 'glActiveTexture' trace:wgl:wglGetProcAddress returning function (0x200a1970) It could be the problem is just wine outputting a misleading error message, I don't know for sure though.
