[Bug 36107] Steam fails to authenticate after Wine update

Actually wine was working fine I think.  I could play all my blizzard games.  I
just deleted my steam folder and reinstalled it on the old prefix, rather than
the supposedly clean prefix and now at least I'm in to steam.

I haven't tried to play anything yet.  I still think there is an odd issue with
authentication, because sometimes steam just hangs for no reason at the
aforementioned spot. 

Could be specific to my box though, which would be annoying.
